  • What does a monthly box include?
    Each month we will bake four different items and the number of each item included will depend on the size box that you order. Sneak peeks are offered on the main webpage and social media sites: we're on Facebook and Instagram. We have a baby, basic and business size box to meet an assortment of different needs. Please visit our “Boxes” section to see which one best fits you!
  • Where do you deliver?
    We are currently delivering to the Burlington Wisconsin area and a surrounding 10 mile radius from downtown Burlington. If you have any questions please feel free to message us to determine if you are within our delivery zone. We do offer pick up if you arrange with us ahead of time!
  • When do you deliver?
    We will deliver on the Friday closest to the middle of the month. Generally we will start driving around town in late morning/early afternoon, giving us a bit of time to finish up products and then assemble the boxes Friday morning. Subscription orders need to be in by the 1st of the month in order to be delivered that month. If orders are made after the first of the month they will be delivered the following month.
  • I’ve signed up for a box, now what?
    Yay! Congrats! You are in for a treat! Now comes the hardest part: waiting for your monthly delivery! Our orders are baked and delivered in the middle of the month on a Friday. You will receive an email reminder the week before so you don't forget it's coming.
  • Do you offer allergy free items, like gluten free or egg free?
    We do, as a special order item! You can find more information on the Special Orders page. Please note that items will be made using allergy free ingredients in a space that is also used to prepare items containing wheat, dairy, egg, nuts, and soy. We will do everything we can to keep you free of your allergy, including preparing your special order using separate ingredients from the 'usual' in our pantry and scrubbing down equipment before mixing and baking.
  • Do I need to refrigerate my Baked Box?
    Baked Box contents do not need to be refrigerated. To extend their freshness you can keep them in tightly closed containers (it's best to have each item separate). You may refrigerate or freeze items for even more longevity--just be sure to tightly wrap!
  • Can I give a box or subscription as a gift?
    Yes! How thoughtful of you! You can gift a one-time box (any size) or a subscription (any size). Please note that one-time boxes will also be delivered at the same time as our subscription boxes. Let us know at checkout if your purchase is a gift: we would love to deliver it with a handwritten note.
  • I want to send a box to my friend in Indiana--can I do that?
    Unfortunately, not at this time. Because we bake in a home, not an inspected kitchen, we can only provide local delivery.
  • How do I change or cancel my subscription?
    Unfortunately, our website doesn't allow for customer control, so just send us a message and we can take care of whatever is needed. This includes canceling, refunding or suspending a subscription.
  • Oh no! I'm on vacation during delivery: can I temporarily suspend my subscription?
    You sure can--just send us a note and we'll put your subscription on hold for the dates you will be gone. We'll reactivate it when you're back, so no need to start a new subscription!
